Salary: 100,000 - 120,000

Our Speech Pathology team provides life-changing support for clients with communication and swallowing challenges, helping them participate more fully in school, work, and community life.

You’ll deliver high-quality assessments and therapy that make a genuine difference — from building a child’s language skills to improving mealtime safety for an adult client. You’ll work closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with the flexibility to remotely manage your own schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
Develop and deliver tailored therapy plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.
Provide interventions that enhance functional communication and safe swallowing.
Measure progress using evidence-based tools and adjust therapy plans accordingly.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications

AHPRA registration as a speech pathologist

Desired Experience

Clinical experience preferred (we welcome applications from capable early-career clinicians with strong supervision support)
Experience working with clients across the lifespan in community or multidisciplinary settings
Strong skills in assessment, intervention, documentation, and client-centered planning

Desirable

Familiarity with client management software (e.g. Splose)

Additional Requirements

National Police Check
Victorian Working with Children Check
Current Victorian Driver’s License
