Frequently asked questions

Do you cater for kids and adults?

Absolutely, no matter the age, we are here for you. Reach out to us if you’d like any more information.

NDIS Participants: We charge the standard NDIS rate, so there are no out-of-pocket costs. For psychology clients paying privately or using a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP): Our session fee is $240. If you have an MHCP from your GP, you can claim a rebate of $96.65 for up to 10 sessions, leaving a gap of $143.35 per session.

We do accept NDIS participants. Whether you are plan-managed, agency managed or self-managed we can cater to you.

A mental health care plan can be organised with your GP. If you are eligible you may be entitled to support via Medicare for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. However, there is a gap fee for each session. This is only available for those seeking psychology.

We are a primarily mobile allied health practice, meaning, all of our sessions are conducted in the participants home or at a place of their choosing. The only sessions we offer in clinic are psychology.

It is best for introductions that the parent either attends the entirety of the first session or organises a parent session prior to initial meeting with your child.

Contact us here and we will reach out to gather the information we need to organise a session.
